North Platte Berean Church
Pursuing Unity
On Easter Sunday, we saw that Jesus is the true King who invites and commands us to follow Him…but what does that look like practically? We believe Scripture identifies four key growth areas for following Jesus well – Treasuring God, Being Transformed, Loving Others, and Pursuing Unity. Join us as we explore these four realities together and seek to live them out more fully in an ever-growing relationship with King Jesus.

Creating Spaces

We believe that by 2022, through God’s grace and power, we will see 2,000 people baptized and growing in relationship with Jesus through the Word, prayer, and community. One key step? Creating spaces to reach more faces.

Pursuing Unity
• What does Pursuing Unity look like?
• What does Pursuing Unity require?
• Where do we get the strength for Pursuing Unity?
Looks like: Pursue humble service
How to pursue humble service
• Who will do this? (esp. for me…) “I deserve…”
• What do I see that needs done? “Someone should…”
• What do I think is beneath me? “That’s someone else’s job.”
• What do I not want to surrender? “I can’t live without…”
• What’s the need I see that I could meet?
Requires: Pursue humble submission
Power: Pursue unconditional love
