What then is meant by the term “the flesh” (ἡ σὰρξ)?
Perhaps most plainly it refers to that part of us that is alienated from God. It is the rebellious, unruly and obstinate part of our inner self that is operative all the time. It is that part of us that does not want to be told what to do. It is stubborn, refuses correction, and does not want to have a thing to do with God. It bristles at limits and rules. It recoils at anything that might cause me to be diminished or something less than the center of the universe. The flesh hates to be under authority or to have to yield to anything other than its own wishes and desires. The flesh often desires something simply because it is forbidden.

FORNICATION - porneia(Greek) as being "generally, every kind of extramarital, unlawful or unnatural sexual intercourse".
The Greek word porneia refers to prostitution, with the related terms porne and pornos referring to female and male prostitutes, respectively.
In our youth we will probably have heard people talking about sex. Maybe we have seen something on tv or anywhere else. For some of us, our eyes have been opened to what people may do behind closed doors through media like pornography.
Did you know?
About 53% of 11- to 16-year-olds have seen explicit material online, nearly all of whom (94%) had seen it by 14, the Middlesex University study says.
The researchers questioned 1,001 children aged 11 to 16 and found 65% of 15- to 16-year-olds reported seeing pornography, as did 28% of 11- to 12-year-olds.
The report also found:
More boys than girls had viewed online pornography through choice
135 (14%) of the young people who responded had taken naked and/or semi-naked images of themselves, and just over half of these (7% overall) had shared these images
Of those children who reported seeing online pornography, the greatest proportion (38%) had first seen it on a portable laptop, 33% through a mobile phone and just under a quarter (24%) on a desktop computer
Nearly 60% of the children and young people surveyed who had seen online pornography reported seeing it for the first time at home, followed by 29% who reported doing so at a friend's house.
Young people are often seeing and experiencing Sexually charged material before they have any armor(GODLINESS)on. We are exposed to things in our home and rarely talk about what we have seen until we are backed into a corner and tempted to do what we have seen.
SEX in itself is not wrong, but the age, the timing and the person with whom we share our bodies make the difference with God. Although the WORLD does not put a red mark on sex outside of marriage the church has a responsibility to lead the discussion before the World a young person lives in dominates the discussion.
So what about addiction then?
Warning signs and symptoms of a porn addiction may include:
* Being unable to stop using porn or stop engaging in the behaviors associated with porn, despite repeated attempts to do so. Approximately 9% of viewers reported that they had made unsuccessful attempts to stop.
* Experiencing cravings to view porn. Much like substance users report feeling strong urges to use drugs, porn addicts can experience strong urges to view porn.
* Becoming angry, hostile, or irritable when asked to stop using porn. Porn addicts may deny their porn viewing or be upset when loved ones request that they stop.
* Keeping all or part of one’s porn use secret from loved ones. Porn addiction has been shown to lead to increased secrecy in relationships.
* Feeling as though one is living a double or secret life because of porn use. A person with a porn addiction may feel guilty or ashamed and work hard to hide his or her porn viewing from others.
*Continuing to view porn despite negative consequences, such as broken relationships or a job loss. Relationships, where one partner is addicted to porn, can lead to a reduction in intimacy, emotional distance, reduced sexual satisfaction, and overall poorer quality of the relationship.
*Being unable to abstain from porn during work hours can lead to disciplinary action or even job loss.
*Losing track of large chunks of time due to being absorbed in porn use. Porn addicts may spend much of the day viewing pornography. This can lead to porn becoming a priority, with everything else set aside in favor of viewing porn.
*Requiring increasing amounts or more explicit porn to gain the same satisfaction or thrill, similar to the development of a tolerance.
We advise you get the help and talk about what's going on with you before you become comfortable in your own personal hell.
SOLUTION to Porn Addiction
1) The first step in getting help is admitting that you have a problem
2) Find a professional who is experienced in treating porn addiction online or in person and is aware of the most effective treatment methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
3) It is important to be honest and comprehensive with a therapist. Don’t leave out important details because they are embarrassing or uncomfortable, because they can help guide your treatment plan.
4)Finally, keep in mind that the therapist is there to help, not judge.
Seeking help and admitting that you are battling a porn addiction can feel embarrassing or humiliating, but to overcome the addiction, you must choose to take that first step toward recovery anyway.
SEXUAL HEALTH
In 2017, there were 420,000 diagnoses of STIs in England and chlamydia accounted for nearly half of them, with 200,000 diagnoses. There were also more than 44,000 diagnoses of gonorrhoea.
A large proportion of these STIs were diagnosed in young people aged 15-24, with 63 percent of chlamydia cases and 37 percent of gonorrhoea cases diagnosed in this age group.

This type of behavior is capable of affecting your spirituality in so many ways. It is definitely easy to end up on the wrong side of your walk with God if you spend time expressing and displaying habits and activities that are unclean.
Imagine instead of touching someone with love you touch them with dysfunction. Their life takes a turn for the worst because you did not clean yourself up with Gods word.

I speak to the chains of bondage in my life connected to idols and command them to break in the name of Jesus.
I pray for the revelation of any objects or situations that are directly or indirectly being used to cause me to sacrifice that which belongs to you in my life. In Jesus name.

Whether you know it or not young people are slowly being enticed to take weed in high doses recreationally as a form of stress relief and this has resulted in many people becoming mentally unstable and heavily drug dependant. The doses are too high and the person using it cannot regulate their use of it. What is in the weed people smoke? People lie that the contents of the weed is pure but often the weed is mixed with other chemicals which lead to dysfunctional lifestyles and poor decision making.

How can you bring salvation to hurting people when you hate the fact that they exist. How can God use you? How do you even love yourself? That is a very difficult place to be in and live in.
Maybe its time to get help, get love, get out of the mindset that has conditioned you this way. Start doing the actual opposite of this trait and let God use you to transform lives.

The Greek word translated “revelries” in Galatians 5:21 is komos and is defined as “excessive and boisterous intemperance and lustful indulgence.” In other words, this is what we could call hard partying.
The apostle Paul further elaborated in Romans 13:13: “Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy.” Here revelry is listed with several other works of the flesh and various sins. Society, including the entertainment industry, tries to convince us that this is normal and fun.

of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Are you jeopardising your inheritance in favor of a dysfunctional existence where you are in control of a mess? What about Gods plans for you? What about His thoughts of Good not of Evil? What about the fact that you have a purpose to fulfill in life and that purpose has to be fulfilled with a Godly result? More so than fulfilling a purpose is making sure that what is put in your hands to do is done with diligence, integrity, passion, and excellence. When practicing these things whilst proclaiming our version of Christianity, our hypocrisy becomes the weakness of our testimonies and although Jesus is pointed out by your voice your lifestyle will be left outside.
