There is a season for everything under the sun
Everything that takes place is in the hands of God
The sovereignty of God brings a peace to the heart of the control freak
“He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.” (Ecclesiastes 3:11, NKJV)
Solomon isn’t done testing this idea. Solomon is a thinking man, though some of what we read may feel disjointed he is thinking outlaid. If it’s true that we can trust the sovereignty of God, that all things will work together for good. What about injustice? What about oppression?
