The BIGGEST misconception about the church is this: Church is perfect.
The Church is just a bunch of imperfect people who are being perfected by a perfect God.
The Church is just a bunch of imperfect people who are being perfected by a perfect God.
Big Idea: Jesus never called perfect people to follow him...but he did call you!
Instead of Jesus responding to their fear with anger or disappointment, he speaks a blessing to their imperfection.
Even with their fear and lack of faith...he calls and commissions them!
Jesus doesn’t beat us up because of our flaws. He loves us in spite of them.
