1 Peter 5:1-12
Peter describes three types of relationships; __SHEPHERDS__, __STUDENTS__, and __FRIENDS__.
The Shepherd:
· A heart of __MATURITY__ (v. 1)
· The practice of being __PRESENT__ (v. 2)
· The Desire to __INVEST WILLINGLY__ (v. 2)
· A __MODELING__ Lifestyle (v. 3)
The Student:
· A heart of __SUBMISSION__ (v. 5)
· The posture of __HUMILITY__ (v. 5)
The Friend:
· __FAITHFULLY PRESENT __ in the Journey (v. 12)

He is __INTENTIONALLY __ aware and cares
He asks the __CRITICAL__ questions (v. 14)
He speaks __TRUTH__ in the lives of others.
He brings __SPIRITUAL__ direction to Moses’ life.

He must resist getting __ DEFENSIVE__.
He moves beyond hearing to __ HEEDING __.
