(Proverbs 29:18) Where there is no vision, the people perish... (KJV)

(Proverbs 29:18) Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint ... (NIV)

Hebrew: Chazown (khaw-zone’) A dream, revelation, or vision.
hey
> A vision for life will bring focus.

> A vision for life will bring endurance.

> A vision for life will bring fulfillment.
Where does vision come from?

(Ephesians 1:11 Message) It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for... part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone.
I will find my purpose.

(Ephesians 5:8-18) For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth)

and find out what pleases the Lord. Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.

For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. But everything exposed by the light becomes visible, for it is light that makes everything visible.

This is why it is said: “Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”

Be very careful, then, how you live--not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.

Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord's will is. Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit.
1. What am I doing that I should not be doing?

(Romans 12:2) Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will.

(Proverbs 4:25-27) Let your eyes look straight ahead, fix your gaze directly before you. Make level paths for your feet and take only ways that are firm.

Do not swerve to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil.
2. What am I not doing that I should be doing?

(James 4:17) Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do and doesn’t do it, sins.

(Matthew 6:34 Message) Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen
God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.
3. Why not do it today?

(2 Corinthians 6:2) I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation.
