WHAT IS FASTING?
Biblical fasting is refraining from food for a spiritual purpose.
Three types of fasts found in the Bible.
1) Absolute fast.
2) Normal fast.
3) Partial fast.
If it means something to you, it means something to God.

When you eliminate food from your diet for a time, your spirit becomes uncluttered and amazingly sensitive to God.
Fasting brings you to a place of being able to clearly hear God’s will.
God can turn your biggest obstacle into your greatest opportunity.
