Church Matters [November 3, 2019] Doug Cornelius
1. True believers discern and see things appropriately in line with the mind of God
2. Some absolutely saved Christians are NOT spiritual; salvation is there, but daily living is still through the lens of their humanity
3. The Apollos/Paul strife was just their symptom of disunity, based on preference, not the main and plain
4. Healthy, vibrant Christians become "what"s instead of "who"s
5. The healthy field, the strong building are the reflection of the church's individual's commitment to Christ and each other, not the ability of the planters, pastors, and preachers
6. Moving from an elementary believer really requires 3 things:
* Dedication to the intake of enough quality, biblical calories
* Growing with each other. Church events, small groups, but really just living together
* Prayer for discernment, for others
