Worldly Wisdom = knowledge, meaningless facts or man-made rules, rejection of Biblical truths and spiritual insights, selfishness & self-centeredness, pride, harshness

Godly Wisdom = founded on Scripture, faith filled, loving, gentle, focused toward the good of others

~ Start with God… Ask Him for His wisdom

Wisdom is the Biblical term for the “on-earth-as-it-is-in-Heaven” everyday living. Wisdom has to do with becoming skillful in honoring our parents and raising our children, handling our money and conducting our sex lives, going to work and exercising leadership, using words well and treating friends kindly, eating and drinking healthily, cultivating emotions within ourselves and attitudes towards others that make for peace, and taking precedence over everything, thinking of and responding to God.”
