Statement of Belief
We believe God does things greater than we can imagine! As ordinary people, created by God, but broken by sin, we are changed by the love of Jesus and forgiven when we fail. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we will go where God sends us.

Our Mission
Love God, Serve others and share Jesus, together.

Our Vision
We will honor God and our neighbors by being a place to connect, belong and serve.
Restoring hope and wholeness
Reaching out to the isolated
Rebuilding trust and reconciliation
Responding to community needs
Rejoicing in all circumstances

Our Core Values
We believe the Bible is God’s truth and His Word to us.
We pray and study God’s Word to know Him more deeply.
We grow in relationship with Christ and each other.
We serve each other and the community with our spiritual gifts.
We worship God together.
We give generously to be a blessing.
We love unconditionally because everyone matters to God.
"The Hand Off" - John 3:22-36
John 3:30 (The Voice Bible)
“He, the groom, must take center stage; and I, the best man, must step to His side.”

Disciples of Jesus… Believe in Jesus, Live for Jesus, Follow Jesus, Point people to Jesus.

The Supremacy of Christ
The Testimony of Christ
The Authority of Christ

Disciples of Jesus point people to Him because… Jesus has no equal, Jesus has first-hand knowledge about God, Jesus has the power to give life; abundant and everlasting life! You can not have life without Jesus!

STICKY STATEMENT
The “hand off” starts with pointing people to Jesus. The “hand off” is complete when people come to realize that Jesus is Lord! Jesus must become greater and we must become less before the race is finished!

From today’s sermon and worship experience...
What am I learning about God?
What am I learning about myself/others?
How can I apply the truth of God’s Word to my life?
Coming soon... Stay tuned!

If you would like to contribute to the church's gift, please make your checks payable to "The Church of God of Landisville" and write "hurricane relief" in the memo line of the check or designate your cash by putting it in an envelope and marking on it, "hurricane relief". All donations can be put in the offering plates during worship, mailed to the church or by dropping it off at the church office. We will be collecting money until Sunday, October 28.
