How do missionaries get to the country of their calling?
• They are sent by the local church!
How is that done at Generations Church?
• We asked each family to consider giving a monthly offering to missions, above their tithes. We call it a “Faith Promise”.
• A Faith Promise is a monthly financial commitment to help Generations Church do its part of the Great Commission.
• A Faith Promise is not a financial contract or obligation, but a promise to God that as you are blessed financially, you will do your part to reach our world for Christ.
• Generations Church presently supports 150 missionaries and ministries around the world.
• We presently have around 75 families who support missions on a regular basis.
• The average monthly support for a missionary is $75.
• November 16th, 2025 is Send Sunday

Stand Sunday
A special day set aside to raise awareness and respond to the needs of children and families in the foster care system.
James 1:27 says, “Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.”
Stand Sunday, we take time to:
• Stand for vulnerable children — those in foster care, those waiting for adoption, and those at risk of entering the system.
• Support foster and adoptive families through prayer, encouragement, and practical help.
• Bring awareness to the crisis so many children face — and to the opportunity we have, as the Church, to respond with love and action.
Stand Sunday — a day to live out genuine faith through compassion, service, and justice.

Stand Sunday isn’t just a day on the calendar—it’s a call from God to take action, to step out in faith, and to stand for those who cannot stand for themselves.
How will I stand?
• Pray

If You Will Do Three Things...
• Admit
• Believe
• Confess
Then God Will Do Three Things!!! He will give you…
• Forgiveness of Sins
• A New Life
• Eternal Life
Prayer
Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and want to turn from my sinful past toward you. Please forgive me.
I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer.
I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

Our Purpose
Generations Church understands the Biblical purpose for its existence. We strive in every way to follow the commands of Scripture in the following areas:
1) A CHRIST-CENTERED CHURCH:
We are a church that is based on the life and teachings of Jesus. He is central to our individual lives and to the life and ministry of our Church. 1 Peter 2:5-7
2) A CHURCH WITH A HEART FOR EVANGELISM AND MISSIONS:
We are a church that believes in the Great Commission. From our local community to the most remote part of the world, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. Mark 16:15
3) A PRAYER-FOCUSED CHURCH:
We are a church that believes in the power of prayer. Prayer draws us close to God and impacts our lives and world. Luke 11:1
4) A SPIRIT-EMPOWERED CHURCH:
We are a church that is dependent on the power of the Holy Spirit to accomplish the instructions of our Lord and to live a life that is pleasing to God. Acts 1:8
