Psalm 46:1-3 (ESV)

We live in an unstable world.
Daily circumstances in our physical world are constantly changing.
This Psalm teaches that He is adequate, sufficient, and present for His people.
Adequate = we will never face anything too difficult for God
Philippians 4:19

Sufficient = we will find God to be more than enough

Present = God is intimately involved in our lives

The attribute of God demonstrated in this Psalm is His stability.
Understanding God’s stability leads to living without fear.
God’s promises for refuge are spiritual in nature.

Christians can walk in total spiritual peace and victory because of Jesus.
