God is a Giver. He's a giver, not a taker. The heart of God is generous. God has given us our lives and our salvation. But He has also given us our financial resources. Every good thing we have is a gift from above. We Give Because God Gives. Those who have been made new in Jesus don't look to money for comfort, security, and approval; instead, we look to Jesus. We reflect God's generous heart by giving to His church. We Give to God, for God's Glory. For a follower of Jesus, giving to the church is an expression of gratitude and trust. Giving is worship. By giving gladly and sacrificially to your faith family, you are investing in God's eternal purposes.
