We are all well-acquainted with the story of the Good Samaritan - the man who stopped what he was doing to help and care for the injured man on the side of the road. As Christians, we are called to be a welcoming people, to help others and love our neighbour, just as God loves and welcomes us. In reading this story, we are reminded of the importance of applying the Scriptures and walking in the calling that we have on our lives - allowing God's Word to transform and shape us into becoming more and more like Christ.
