Application:
1. Judgment - Leave it to God. Romans 12:17-19 Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all. 18 If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. 19 Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it[fn] to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”
2. Inclusion - Thank God He has grafted us into the family of faith! Read Romans 11.
3. Messianic Fulfillment = Confidence in Scripture Because Jesus perfectly fulfilled all that was written of him centuries before his birth we can know that God’s Word is true and trustworthy!
4. Future Glory - Because Christ’s victory is certain, our future is sure.

Discussion Questions - Re-read our main passage from this week (Zechariah 9:1-17) and then with your Growth Group, family, friends, etc. thoughtfully answer the following:
1. Do you struggle with leaving your hurts / wrongs to the judgment of God? Are you holding on to unforgiveness or bitterness?
2. What gives you confidence that the Bible is actually God’s Word? If someone asked you to explain why you think it’s God’s Word, what would you say?
3. Christ’s rule will one day be literally Sea to Sea (meaning everywhere) ...what areas of your life right now struggle to be under His rule?
4. How does your participation in the Lord’s Supper help you understand the reality of the Blood Covenant of Salvation?
5. Do you often think about Heaven? What do you think it will be like to see God in all His glory and to experience our glorified, eternal bodies?
6. What’s your next step in response to this message?
