Welcome to Beltsville Seventh-day Adventist Church. We are so glad you’ve joined us for worship today.

As we begin our new series for this month, we face a world full of conflict, disasters, and political tension. But Jesus reminds us; these are not the end. This Sabbath we’ll learn how Kingdom families can live with faith and peace even when everything feels uncertain.

HEALTH MINISTRIES
End-Time Readiness & Health: A Holy Calling
Beloved, as we watch the signs of the times unfold, we are reminded that “our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed” (Romans 13:11). In these final days, God is calling His people to stand strong—not only in faith, but also in body.

The Bible says, “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit?” (1 Corinthians 6:19). As we prepare for Christ’s soon return, let us also prepare our bodies to serve Him with clarity, strength, and endurance. Clean eating, restful sleep, movement, and temperance are not just health principles—they are spiritual disciplines.

In these stressful times, many are weakened by disease, fatigue, and fear. But the Lord desires that His people be a light—physically vibrant, mentally sharp, and spiritually awake. Let’s embrace health as part of our end-time preparation, knowing that a sound mind and a healthy body help us discern truth, serve others, and endure to the end.

Let’s be ready—body, soul, and spirit.

“May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Thessalonians 5:23
