Sermon Series Overview:
What if the heroes of faith weren’t the boldest, the strongest, or the most obvious choices? What if they were ordinary people—flawed, hesitant, grieving, or misunderstood—just like us? In this 4-week series, Ordinary Heroes, we will explore the lives of four individuals in Scripture who didn’t look like the typical hero, but whose willingness to trust God—even in weakness—made them instruments of His divine power and purpose. From quiet mentorship to bold, hesitant obedience, each week will challenge us to see how God still calls and uses ordinary people for extraordinary impact.

Weekly Sermon Overview:
For this Sunday we will be welcoming Rev. Adam Balduff to the pulpit as he kicks off our July sermon series, Ordinary Heroes. We will start off this series focusing on Eli, an Old Testament priest who is both a mentor and adoptive father to Samuel, one of Israel’s greatest prophets and leaders. From Eli’s blessing of Hannah to training up Samuel, God uses him in a quiet yet powerful way.
