Lord Jesus, I bow my heart before You and lay my pride, my fear, my past, and my future at Your feet.

I believe You are the Son of God. I believe You died for me and rose again and now You sit at the right hand of the Father.

I believe You are my only hope, and assurance of salvation, and I rejoice in You as my healer of mind, body, and spirit.

I accept You as my Lord, the ultimate, absolute, and final authority of my existence, and I place my trust fully and totally in You alone.

Help me Lord, to move beyond what I have accepted as my limitations and prepare me to live a life of power and purpose.

I give You my choices, my dreams, and my expectations, for it is by and through Your authority that I will reflect Your glory.

Embolden me Lord to live out what You desire of me, and not what I am willing to settle for, and I believe You have placed a calling upon my life.

Take away any remnant of fear, jealousy, or resentment that is within me and remove any scheming, gossip, or deceitfulness from my mouth.

If I harbor any thought of lust, covetousness, or harm toward another, cleanse my mind and purify my heart.

Create in me a new heart, O Lord, and renew a right spirit within me, and I ask this in Jesus name. Amen
