Just as Moses came to deliver his people out of the bondage of an evil Egyptian ruler; Jesus is here now to deliver His people out of the bondage and penalty of their sin.
Second, we are awakened to the fact that God cares about the needs of His people.
Jesus was looking for Philip to answer “God can do anything! Jesus You are God; You can easily feed all these people.”
When you face what seems to be hopeless, do you remember the presence and power of Jesus?
Finally, we are awakened to the fact that Jesus truly is the Son of God.
