Sermon Text: Psalm 24
Preparation Question: What is meant by the biblical call to have "clean hands and a pure heart"?
Three observations from Psalm 24 regarding God’s absolute sovereignty over all creation and His gracious provision for those who seek Him:
1. The Absolute Sovereignty of the Creator (v. 1–2)
1. The Absolute Sovereignty of the Creator (v. 1–2)
2. The Provided and Expected Holiness of the Created (v. 3–6)

Response Questions
1. What does it mean that “the earth is the Lord’s and everything in it”? How does that truth challenge or change the way you view your life?
2. Are there areas in your life where you struggle to recognize God’s sovereignty? What might it look like to surrender those areas fully to His control?
3. In what ways have you experienced God’s sufficiency—His provision—in your life recently? Where do you still need to trust Him to provide?
4. Psalm 24 says only those with “clean hands and a pure heart” may stand in God’s presence. How is your heart posture before God right now? Is there anything you need to confess or lay down to draw nearer to Him?
5. How can you lift up your heart, your “gate,” to welcome the King of glory into your daily life this week? What specific habits, attitudes, or actions can prepare a place for Him in your home, work, or relationships?
