Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for never forgetting about me. Thank You for creating me with purpose and providing a way for me to fulfill that purpose. Thank You for Your patience and constant pursuit of me. Please help me to remember You today. Help me to set aside time to grow deeper in my understanding of You.

TUESDAY: From Field to Fulfillment
Reading: Matthew 3:13-17
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for fulfilling all righteousness. Just as King David was chosen and anointed, You were baptized. Thank You for calling me to baptism unto repentance. Thank You for living a victorious life and showing me the possibility of living a victorious life. Please help me to depend on You for all things. Teach me the path of righteousness and give me strength to walk in it.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for the fields of training You provide. You have created in me a purpose and there is a preparation path for me to walk. Thank You for not only being the example but also walking beside me. Lord, I look to Your life as an example of how to follow You. Help me to submit myself to Your training as I become more like You.

Prayer: I praise You, Lord! You faced temptation and overcame. I know with Your help and guidance I can also overcome. Thank You, Lord, for guiding me and providing a way for me to resist temptation. Lord, the spaces where King David failed as a man, You were victorious. Because of Your life I am able to live in fellowship with You.

You are the true King over all Your people and You have called us to be Your children in the land of Your kingdom. Thank You for redeeming the way for me to enter into Your kingdom. Your reign will last forever and Your unfailing love continues to bring me back to You.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for the promise of Your return. Help me to take every moment in my life to draw closer to You. Help me to be ready and offer my life to You. I want to share Your love with others and I want my friends and family to be ready. I look forward to Your return and the inheritance of Your promise.
