In our marching orders, Jesus makes a great claim, gives a command, provides a method and ends with a promise.
1. The Claim: All authority on Heaven and Earth has been given to Me.
2. The Command: Go and make disciples…
A changed world does not produce changed lives, rather, changed lives produce a changed world.
3. The Command: Go and make disciples…of all nations…
4. The Method: Going therefore…
6. The Method: Going therefore…discipling…baptizing…
5. The Method: Going therefore…discipling…
7. The Method: Going therefore…discipling…baptizing…in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit…
8. The Method: Going therefore…discipling…baptizing…in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit…teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you…
9. The Promise: I am with you always…
10. The Promise: I am with you always…even to the end of the age.
