When we see a need, we should look for ways to meet the need and not expect others to meet the need.
We need to avoid thinking of ourselves as separate from the whole church.

It is not to get people here. It is not to keep people here.
It is to make sure that everyone who is in IES is shaped by the Word of God, by the Impact of the Hoy Spirit, and by the fellowship of the people in the church to be more like Jesus.
