1. In verse 7, Paul emphasizes that spiritual gifts are for the common good. How can we distinguish between spiritual gifts and natural abilities? Why is it important to recognize this distinction in the context of serving within the church?

2. How does the analogy of the human body illustrate the importance of diversity within the church? What does this analogy teach us about the value of different roles and gifts within the church community? Can this understanding help prevent feelings of inferiority or superiority among the church? If so, how? If not, why not?

3. In what ways can emphasizing some spiritual gifts over others lead to division within the church? Can steps be taken to ensure all gifts are valued equally?

2. As the church looks ahead towards summer, pray that God provides the volunteers needed for a successful StoneBridge Day Camp. Also, pray that God would lead children and families, inside and outside of our congregation, to sign up and participate.

3. Pray that the Big Summer Fun summer events would be attractive to those individuals and families who are searching for healthy Christian community.

4) Pray for the leadership of the State of California. Pray for the leadership of the Federal Government. Pray for wisdom where needed, mercy where needed, and justice where needed.
