Daniel’s excellent spirit was seen not only in what he was set himself apart from, but also what he was set apart for.

You can be a king or you can be a Daniel.

You can be king, but you'll spend your life looking in at what God can do rather than being in the middle of what God is doing.

The changing of their names was an attempt by the enemy to cause these men to lose their identity and rob them of their purpose.

God raised up a remnant to stand in stark contrast from the Babylonians around them.

These are the kind of people that change a room and in doing so change a realm.
