Consider some Anxiety Statistics:
• ~19.1% of U.S. adults (over 40 million people) had an anxiety disorder in the past year.
• An estimated 31.1% of U.S. adults will experience an anxiety disorder at some point.
• Among adults, young adults aged 18-29 have the highest prevalence rates of anxiety disorders, with around 22.3% experiencing one in the past year.
• In the past year, 23.4% of adult females had an anxiety disorder compared to 14.3% of adult males.
• Around 31.9% of adolescents aged 13-18 have an anxiety disorder.
• A 2024 poll indicated that 43% of U.S. adults feel more anxious than they did the previous year, a rise from 37% in 2023 and 32% in 2022.
