The Joy of Jesus
Jesus' joy came from His obedience to the Father.
Jesus' joy came from the satisfaction that He did what the Father asked of Him.
Fasting is a faith action that we feel. It involves our whole person - physically, spiritually, and mentally.
Hematidrosis (sweating blood). Acute fear and extreme stress can cause one to sweat blood.
Jesus' joy came from knowing only He could carry out the Father's plan for our forgiveness.
We know we're maturing when we choose to be close to the Father rather than our sin.
