Welcome to GracePoint Church! Our purpose is to connect real people to the real God, and we believe studying the Bible is one of the best ways to do that. We are studying through the first 4 chapters of Romans this spring. In this next sermon, we get into the part of Romans that explains God's solution to humanity's sin problem. We begin with the doctrine of justification by faith by answering two questions – What is the righteousness of God, and how do we receive it for ourselves? We hope the Lord speaks to you through His Word as you listen!

Main Lesson: God's solution to our sin problem is for us to receive the Righteousness of God.
1) What is the righteousness of God?

2) How do we receive the righteousness of God?
a) We receive it apart from law
b) We receive it by faith in Jesus
c) We receive it without our own merit
d) We receive it as a gift
