I. Jesus On Discipleship - Matthew 28:18-20, Acts :8
A. A Disciple is a learning follower, it is learning with the purpose of obeying. “It involves a deliberate choice, a definite denial, and a determined obedience.” - J. Oswald Sanders
B. Discipleship is a Spiritually empowered process - Matthew 28:18-19, Acts 1:8
C. Discipleship is a world wide initiative - Acts 1:8
D. Jesus invited people to follow Him - Matthew 4:18-22, Matthew 9:9
E. Jesus was clear on the cost of discipleship - Matthew 10:34-39, Matthew 16:24-25

A. God plan is for us to live fully and abundantly in Him - John 10:10, Colossians 2:9-10
B. God’s plan is for all to be involved in discipleship - Ephesians 4:11-15
C. God’s plan is a walking together model of Spiritual formation - 2 Timothy 2:2,1 Corinthians 11:1,1 Thessalonians 1:6-8, Colossians 2:6-7
