We will all SETTLE UP one day.
You can’t WIN without taking the RISK.

LifeGroup Questions:
OPEN
1 – Check in with everyone – How has this series impacted you? What pieces have been encouraging? What pieces have been challenging? What pieces are “in process” in your life?
DISCUSS
1 – Have someone read Romans 12:1-2aloud for the group in a couple of versions, The Message paraphrase (the one Pastor Bill used in the teaching) and at east one other.
2 – When you hear the phrase: “living sacrifice” (or “take your everyday, ordinary life … and place it before God as an offering.”), what comes to mind? How has that been modeled or taught to you in your life?
3 – Have someone read Matthew 25:14-30 aloud for the group.
4 – How does that story impact your thinking about being a good steward of your time? Your talents? Your treasure? Which one is easier in your life to invest for God’s kingdom? Which one is hardest? What steps can you take to grow in stewardship of all three – time, talent, treasure – in your life right now?
APPLY
1 – Learning to be good stewards of our time, talent and treasure is a process. As people have shared their areas of victory and of needed
growth with the group, pray for each other and look for ways to encourage each other in this area.
2 – Take time to pray that we as a church family at First Baptist would grow in health and generosity as we talk about this across the whole congregation. Pray that we become a church family known for our generous, kind and loving approach to both people and finances.
