The seeds of radical individualism were planted in our country from the outset.
Many of us are not experiencing community as God designed it for several reasons:
- Individualism
- Idealism
- Intimidation
- Individualism
- Idealism
- Intimidation
Two components in community where transformation to become like Jesus is the goal are vulnerability and accountability.
What was radical is that he defines family not by patrilineal blood line but by those who do God’s will.
Jesus’ vision for the church is that of a family.
Family is the place of our deepest hurt and our deepest feelings.
Family stay at the table.

Long term interpersonal relationships are the crucible of genuine progress in the Christian life. People who stay are also the people who grow. We grow and thrive together or we do not grow much at all.
