Church App!!!!!!!!!

The Manteno Church app is available in your app store! Download it now! Google: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.pushpay.mantenonazarene Apple: https://apps.apple.com/in/app/manteno-naz/id6593659592   This will be a place, of course, to re-watch again and again those amazing sermons or take copious notes of profundity live during any Sunday service with links to the Scriptural texts of the day. Are you convinced you need the app, yet? Yes, those are features within the app, but we’re really excited that this will make it easier with things like volunteer scheduling, giving, and contribution tracking. Easy access to the church events calendar and weekly announcements together with the ability to sign-up for push notifications should be really pretty great too!

Manteno Baseball/Softball Equipment Exchange
It is our 4th year of partnering with the Manteno Youth Baseball/Softball Association with the goal of helping local kids access the equipment they need to play. As such, we are looking for equipment. Containers are available outside the church and at the Manteno Public Library to drop off used bats, gloves, shoes, helmets, bags, and pants. We will collect and clean the equipment. On Saturday, March 22, from 9am-11am, we will have a free exchange at the church for the community. So, start cleaning out your garage and let your old equipment bless a new player!

Inside the Outsider: God Has Come to Help
Luke 7:11-16
March 2, 2025

Luke 7:11-12
11 Soon afterward, Jesus went to a town called Nain, and his disciples and a large crowd went along with him. 12 As he approached the town gate, a dead person was being carried out—the only son of his mother, and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the town was with her.

Luke 7:13
13 When the Lord saw her, his heart went out to her...

God feels your hurt.

Luke 7:13
13 When the Lord saw her, his heart went out to her and he said, “Don’t cry.”

Luke 7:14-15
14 Then he went up and touched the bier they were carrying him on, and the bearers stood still. He said, “Young man, I say to you, get up!” 15 The dead man sat up and began to talk, and Jesus gave him back to his mother.

God feels your hurt and isn’t afraid of your dirt.

Luke 7:16
16 They were all filled with awe and praised God. “A great prophet has appeared among us,” they said. “God has come to help his people.”

God has come to help you.
