Executive Pastor Description

Friendship’s Executive Pastor will be a member the pastoral staff focused on organizing and implementing our vision to bring people to Jesus and develop them into fully mature, reproducing followers. The executive pastor’s primary role will be leadership development (recruiting, training and equipping ministry leaders) and practical stewardship (running things well and getting things done).
