Reading: Psalm 68:19, 20
Prayer: I praise You, Lord! You are my savior. You have rescued me from so many things in my life. I am where I am because of Your delight in me. Thank You for watching over me and directing my life to where it is today. I am thankful I do not walk alone but You are here with me. Thank You for being there and listening to all my heart can express. You are with me and You guide me. I love You, Lord.

TUESDAY: Daniel Series
Reading: Genesis 11:3-8
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for giving me a name. Lord you have already created me with purpose and You have already given me a name. Thank You that I do not need to seek acceptance or accomplishment from this world. You have given me both. Please help me to stay following after You and to not set goals for myself which are outside Your desires. Thank You that I do have to rely on myself alone and I am free from the trap of doing whatever it takes be successful in my own eyes. Please help me to lead others to You by the light You shine in me.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for the direction You give to me. Please help me to settle down in the place You have called me. Lord, help me to refrain from wondering if another place and another time is better for me. I desire peace in my neighborhood and in my city. Please help me to stay focused on Your voice so I can follow close to You. Help me to tell one person about Your goodness today as I travel along my way.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for being the light in me. Help me, Lord, to point the way to You through my lifestyle. Help me to show others they can have joy and peace in their lives because of Your greatness. Help me to choose to salt the places which are in need of Your presence. Lord, I need Your help to withstand adversity when I am questioned for my faith in You. Please use my life to lead others to a place they can put their faith in You and begin following after You.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for the knowledge of You. Thank You for Your Son who has come to set all things right. Lord, one day there will be peace so great the wild animals will share space with the cattle. Your peace will reign so greatly on the earth, children can lead lions around without fear of harm. Thank You, Lord, for the imagery found in Your word which challenges the very nature of my understanding. Lord, please help me to seek peace by telling others all about You.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for being with me in my trials and challenges. Just as You were with Daniel, You are with me when I walk through places which desire my destruction. Thank You, Lord, for sending Your Son who also was laid in a tomb with a stone sealing the entrance but came out alive and well. Lord, thank You for Your victory over the prowling lions in my life. Thank You for being a Lord who saves like no other.
