Am I a good tenant of the power and authority God has given me?

Luke 20:15-16a NIV

“What then will the owner of the vineyard do to them? He will come and kill those tenants and give the vineyard to others.”

What Jesus is doing in this parable:

-- He’s answering the religious leaders question about where his power and authority comes from.
-- He’s critiquing the religious leaders for their poor stewardship of their power and authority.
