What does competition look like in a marriage:
1. Keeping up with the Jones's (External Focus)
2. People pleasing (External Focus)
- The stress this brings
3. Fighting for what you want. (Internal/Self Focus)
- Justification/Entitlement.
- Entitlement vs. Stewardship
To know the difference, ask yourself: “What is my motivation for
my actions, to compete/fight for myself OR by becoming aware of
what I need most right now in order to move forward in complete-
ness/wholeness
Competition will keep you facing off
