CORPORATE PRAYER:
• This is inauguration week in our country. Pray for peace and unity.

• Pray for those lost in the jungles of addiction, for sobriety and freedom.
• Pray that your own heart is pliable in God’s hands this morning.

• People with labels are candidates—not for what they deserve—but for what they need most: free grace.
• Sinners are the point of the gospel.
• God’s grace is wider than any ocean. His mercy triumphs over judgment, and His forgiveness far outpaces human sin—by any label.
• We all qualify for grace regardless of the labels we wear.
• Rahab’s lifestyle deserved judgment. But her faith brought forgiveness.
• The good news is that no ‘"label" is an obstacle to God’s grace and love!
• God invites us to a relationship with the only One who can do anything about it!
• No one is good enough to reach God without God.
DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
1. Discuss how we are similar to Rahab.
2. What keeps us from running to God when we're ashamed?
3. How can we change this old habit?
4. What are the means of grace God has provided for us to experience ongoing freedom from our past?
NEXT STEPS:
Today, I will:
• Stop running from God because of my past; and
• Stop using my label as an excuse to avoid God’s forgiveness.
