If you have donated to Element, whether it’s general tithing, helping with camp scholarships, or our Branching out Playground fundraiser, and you’ve given in a way that is trackable (ie- check, online, cash in an envelope WITH your name on it), this is your reminder to check the address we have for you on file. Shortly after the first of the year, our bookkeeper will be preparing year-end giving statements for your tax purposes and we want to make sure we have the correct information. Along that same line, if you plan to give one last end of year gift, and you want to ensure it is processed in this calendar year, we encourage you to have online giving done no later than 12/24 to allow for bank delays. Checks dated 12/31/24 must be postmarked 12/31 if being sent in the mail, or hand delivered to the church no later than January 5th.

eFamilies Cookies and Crafting
Sunday, December 15th, come and enjoy a fun family Christmas themed afternoon filled with cookie decorating and crafts! Our eFamily team will supply the decorations, cookies, crafts, drinks and merriment. If you would like to bake some plain cookies to contribute, we welcome and appreciate it. Please email Jenna.Heuchert@ourelement.org if you plan to bake cookies so we can plan accordingly.

Week 2 - King Forever, Ceasing Never
Today we look at the profound truth that Jesus is the eternal King who never ceases to reign by connecting verses in the book of Matthew to the carol “We Three Kings.” The story of the wisemen and Herod’s response to Jesus’ birth are two completely different responses to Christ’s kingship. True fulfillment comes only through submitting to Christ’s eternal kingship, not through pursuing temporary satisfaction to other “kings” of our lives (career, relationships, success).
