Jonah 3:1 NIV Then the word of the Lord came to Jonah a second time ...
Jonah 1:17 NIV Now the Lord provided a huge fish to swallow Jonah …
Sometimes what we call a problem, God calls provision.
While you’re waiting, God is still working.
Jonah 2:10 NIV And the Lord commanded the fish, and it vomited Jonah onto dry land.
Jonah 3:1 NIV Then the word of the Lord came to Jonah a second time ...
Titus 3:5 NIV [God] saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. ...

•David committed adultery and then murder to cover it up, but when he repented, God forgave his sins—and didn’t stop calling him a “man after God’s own heart.” (1 Samuel 13:14)
•Rahab had lived as a prostitute, but God included her in his plan to protect the spies and redeemed her into the lineage of Jesus. (Matthew 1:5)
•Zacchaeus lived a greedy life robbing others, but Jesus came to his home, forgave his sins and saved him. (Luke 19:9)
•Peter denied Jesus three times, but Jesus forgave Peter and used him to help build the first-century church. (John 21:17)
•Thomas doubted Jesus, but Jesus appeared to Thomas, loved him, and affirmed his faith. (John 20:27)
