1) Imagine Heaven.

Colossians 3:2, Set your minds on things that are above…

Colossians 3:4, When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.

- Will Heaven be boring?

Psalm 16:11, You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

- Will we have bodies and be human?

I Corinthians 15:42-44, So is it with the resurrection of the dead. What is sown is perishable; what is raised is imperishable. 43 It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power. 44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.

- Will we be ourselves and have memories of this life?

Isaiah 65:16, …The former troubles are forgotten and are hidden from my eyes.

- Will we know our loved ones?

I Thessalonians 4:17,18, Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words.

- Will there be animals?

Isaiah 65:17, 25, "I will create a new heaven and a new earth ... . The wolf and the lamb will feed together ... . They will not do what is evil or destroy on My entire holy mountain."

2) Do some Heaven living now.

Step #1 - Put off the old man.

Colossians 3:5, Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.

Step #2 – Put on the new man.

Colossians 3:10, …Put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator.

Romans 12:2, Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind…

Colossians 3:11, Here there is not Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free; but Christ is all, and in all.

Colossians 3:12,13, Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.
