We Often feel anxious or overwhelmed ...

with all that we have to do?

No matter how hard we work or how fast we go, we feel like

there is no progress

We Feel exhausted, We feel On edge.
When we feel tired, We think it’s physical.

It’s not just our BODYS that need rest. Our SOUL needs rest

also

The Good News is that Jesus made a promise!

If we’re overwhelmed or feel exhausted, if we feel burnout
Jesus has promise to give us rest for our body and soul

28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will
give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I
am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your
souls.” Mt 11:28-29

Rest is whatever refocuses you on the grace, the goodness,
and the glory of God.
