Daniel 7-12
Daniel 12.8 (ESV) “O my lord, what shall be the outcome of these things?”
Daniel 12.8 (NLT) How will all this finally end, my lord?
· First, the final outcome of history is already DETERMINED. In Christ, our destiny is certain. Our reward is waiting.
· Second, whatever you are facing, you are not alone.
Daniel 7.21 (NLT) . . . waging war against God’s holy people and was defeating them. . .
Daniel 7.27 (NLT) Then the sovereignty, power, and greatness of all the kingdoms under heaven will be given to the holy people of the Most High. His kingdom will last forever, and all rulers will serve and obey him.
Daniel 7.13-15 (ESV) And behold, with the clouds of heaven there came one like a son of man, and he came to the Ancient of Days and was presented before him. And to him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve him; his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom one that shall not be destroyed.
Daniel 12.13 (NLT) As for you, go your way until the end. You will rest, and then at the end of the days, you will rise again to receive the inheritance set aside for you.
