REFLECTION QUESTIONS
1. In what ways can we cultivate a habit of noticing our blessings as described in Psalm 103:1-5? How might this practice change our perspective on life's challenges?
2. How does the practice of giving thanks relate to experiencing God's peace, as mentioned in Philippians 4:6-7? Can you share a personal experience where gratitude led to a sense of peace?
3. Considering the various benefits of gratitude mentioned in the sermon (impact on mental health, brain function, immunity, etc.), how might intentionally practicing gratitude transform our overall well-being and relationships?
4. In light of 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, which encourages us to be thankful in all circumstances, how can we maintain an attitude of gratitude even during difficult times? What practical steps can we take to achieve this?=-
