TITLE: Called to Fight
SERIES: Jude: Faith Under Fire
TEXT: Jude 1-4
How do we respond when our faith is attacked or questioned?
1. Stay rooted in Scripture.
2. Stand firm in the Gospel.
3. Contend with Compassion.
4. Rely on the Power of God.

Study Questions:
1. What does it mean to 'contend for the faith' according to Jude 3?
Application: How can you actively defend and uphold your faith in your daily life - whether in conversations with friends, at work, or in your community? What steps can you take this week to be more intentional in standing for biblical truth?
2. Jude emphasizes the danger of false teachers 'slipping in' among believers (Jude 4). How can we identify false teaching in our world today?
Application: Think about the influences in your life (books, media, sermons, etc). Are there any areas where you might be allowing subtle distortions of the truth to affect your beliefs? What can you do to stay grounded in the truth of Scripture?
3. Jude reminds us that the faith we defend was 'once for all delivered to the saints' (Jude 3). How does understanding the unchanging nature of the gospel help you remain steadfast when facing cultural or internal pressures to compromise?
Application: Reflect on a situation where you felt pressured to compromise your faith or values. How can you be more prepared to stand firm next time, knowing that the gospel doesn't change with shifting cultural trends?
