Good people don't go to heaven. Saved people do.

God's book of judgment is a record of our deeds.

God's book of judgment is the basis for our judgment.

Our deeds don't save us. Only Jesus saves.

The "book of God's judgment" includes the names of the lost.
The "book of life" is a record of those who are saved.

Once your name is written, it will never be erased.

Once your name is written, God's grace changes your final judgment.

Works that are valuable and done for the glory of God will be rewarded.
Works that are selfish or done with wrong motives will be burned up, and no reward will be given for them.

God wants to reward us in eternity with:
- The Crown of Righteousness [2 Tim. 4:8]
- The Crown of Life [James 1:12, Rev. 2:10]
- The Crown of Glory [1 Peter 5:4]
- The Incorruptible Crown [1 Cor. 9:25]
- The Crown of Rejoicing [1 Thess. 2:19]
- Treasures in Heaven [Matt. 6:19-21]
- Praise from God [1 Cor. 4:5]

Our works demonstrate the authenticity of our faith.

What comes next for those who are unsaved after the judgment:
- Eternal banishment from God's presence [2 Thess. 1:9]
- Eternal lake of fire [Rev. 20:15]
- Eternal torment, pain, and suffering [Matt. 25:46]
- Weeping and gnashing of teeth [Matt. 13:41-42]
