MONDAY: In the Groove
Reading: Philippians 3:2-6
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for Your leading in my life. I want to know Your voice and to follow Your ways in my life. Help me Lord to discern between Your ways and keep me from following others who may not be teaching Your truth. Lord I praise You for helping me and being with me every step of the way. You do not leave me to follow Your ways on my own, but rather You teach me even as You call me to be set apart for You. Lord help me to read Your word daily just as I daily eat my meals. Give me a desire to know Your word, to meditate upon Your word, and to study Your word as I learn to follow You.

TUESDAY: In the Groove
Reading: Philippians 3:12-16
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for Your patience and faithfulness. Lord You are so patient with me as I learn over and over to choose You first. You never give up on me, but every time I lose focus You are still there encouraging me to get back into routine and stay on the path which leads to You. Please help me to stay focused on the reward Your word promises. Help me to keep my eyes on the goal of seeing You face to face one day. I know it is not about how many times I do not choose You, but it is about the life Jesus lived for me. Lord help me to stay totally committed to You and to let go of the things I left behind.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for being with me as I run this race. Lord please continue to help me in my goal of attaining the prize. You are the prize! I desire the discipline of an athlete who trains in the pursuit of their prize. Lord help me to enter into strict training as I grow in my desire to spend more time in prayer and worship with You. Lord help me to realize my prize is not one which is temporary and will lose value or collect dust on a shelf, but the prize I strive for is an eternal reward spent in Your presence.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for the admonition I find in Your word. Lord thank You for giving me direction and understanding as I follow You. Please reveal to me the wisdom found in Your word. Help me to be alert, help me to keep a watchful eye on my emotions and where life takes me. Lord I want my words and my thoughts to bring You glory. Please continue Your protection over me as I follow you. Give me strength in my faith I have in You. I pray for others who are following You and find themselves against the enemy. Give them strength and help them grow in their struggles as they learn to rely on You and build their faith. I praise You, Lord!

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for walking with me as I grow in fellowship with You. Lord, in the beginning You walked right with me as I learned to read Your word and to pray out loud. Now Lord, continue to guide me and give me boldness to tell others about what You have done and to offer to pray with them in their troubled times. Lord, help me to lead others into following You and to encourage them to grow in their relationship with You. Lord I desire to go new places with You and to learn all You would teach me about being a follower of Christ.
Reading: Hebrews 6:1-3

I desire greatly to be in Your presence and I want to look for You all during my day. Thank You Lord for being right by my side even if I stumble or fall. You have Your hand on me and are ready to pick me up any time or place. Lord You are full of grace and mercy towards me. Thank You for watching over me and those who are in my care. Lord help me to teach others as sons and daughters of faith and to help guide them in their walk with You. Please look after them as You look after me and stay by their side always.
