II. The Lord Will Rule Over All The Earth - Zechariah 14:8-11, 16-21

A. There will be great topographical changes - v. 4, 8, 10

B. The Lord will rule in justice - v. 9, 11, 17-19

C. All the people will come to Jerusalem to worship - v. 16, Leviticus 23:33-36, Deuteronomy 16:13-17

D. The Lord will rule in Holiness - v. 20-21, Psalm 99:1-5, Ephesians 2:4-10
