What words, what teaching? Here a some.
Be a salt and light.
Don’t be angry with anyone.
Settle out of court.
Don’t call anyone a fool.
If you have offended someone, make it right.
Don’t look at people with lust in your heart.
If you are going to divorce, do it the right way.
Someone slaps you, give them the other one.
If someone wants your coat, give them your shirt.
Someone wants you to walk 1 mile, walk 2.
Let people borrow.
Love your enemies.
Love the unlovable.
Don’t do things to get a pat on the back.
Don’t judge unless it is through the lens of Jesus.
How to pray.
Forgive others.
Don’t worry.
Ask and seek.
Treat people how you want to be treated.

Oh, my goodness. Where do I start? You can’t do any of this without Jesus. Matthew 7:24.
Here is the good news: If there has been a time in your life when you truly received Jesus, the foundation has been laid. Understand that the kingdom is for everyone.

Righteousness is what you receive (2 Corinthians 5:2) and what you do Matthew 6:1.
What does this “righteousness” look like? All the stuff Jesus says to do in the rest of the sermon! This righteousness is the Kingdom life.

"Blessed are those who earnestly seek to live out life in the Kingdom." Jesus does not discuss how to enter the Kingdom but describes what life in the Kingdom looks like.
The more we follow Jesus, the more we instinctively crave the life we find there. Yet the rest of the New Testament stresses that we do not produce this life. It flows through us as we abide in Christ (Jn. 15:5). He is the vine. We are the branches. This life is the fruit the Holy Spirit produces in us (Gal. 5:22-25).
Listen, if your heart is about seeking the kingdom, you are okay.
If you are making this checklist, it will be impossible. It is no better than the law.
If you have received Jesus, you have an internal hunger in some form or fashion. Get out of the way and let the Holy Spirit work.
