MONDAY: Summer Psalms
Reading: Psalm 62:1-2
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for the rest I find in You. Thank You that I can look to You at anytime in my life and in any circumstance I face. Thank You for being my salvation and my redeemer. I know You are there to carry threw the storms of life. I find rest in You because You are there. With You I know I can make it through anything because You are my rock. I know I do not have the strength or the foresight to save me from the obstacles and the unknowns which happen in life. But I can rely on You because You are there to save me.
Reading: Psalm 62:1-2
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for the rest I find in You. Thank You that I can look to You at anytime in my life and in any circumstance I face. Thank You for being my salvation and my redeemer. I know You are there to carry threw the storms of life. I find rest in You because You are there. With You I know I can make it through anything because You are my rock. TUESDAY: Summer Psalms
Reading: Psalm 62:3-4
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for being my rock and my salvation. I need You to be my shield and protect me from those who would seek my harm. Protect me, Lord, from the wicked and the plans of the evil one. Lord, I pray for Your plans to prosper in my life. I pray for Your will to be manifested through me as I daily seek You. Please help me to set aside time to spend with You and to read Your word. Lord help me to become more like You as You fill me with Your Spirit. Some days it can feel like the world is against me and I feel like others around me are plotting my downfall, but I know Your word says You watch over me. I praise You, Lord!

WEDNESDAY: Summer of Psalms

Prayer: Dear Lord, there is none like You. Thank You for choosing me and allowing me to know You. Lord I want to wait upon You as long as it takes. Will You meet me here? I know all I need and all I desire are found in You. You give life. Thank You for being the ground beneath my feet and giving me a solid place to stand. I stand in Your promises for my life. Lord, help me to stay by Your side and go where You go because You love me and will care for me for all of my days.

Prayer: Dear Lord, there is none like You. Thank You for choosing me and allowing me to know You. Lord I want to wait upon You as long as it takes. Will You meet me here? Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for being my help. Lord, You help keep me calm and give me peace, You help keep me safe and give me hope, and You help keep me focused and give me a sound mind. Lord, help me to put my absolute trust in You. I want to trust You with my plans for my future, I want to trust You with the outcome of my day, and I want to trust You with the relationships I have in my community. Please give me strength to choose You even when I may be tempted to put my trust in something other than You.
Reading: Psalm 62:7-8
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for being my help. Lord, You help keep me calm and give me peace, You help keep me safe and give me hope, and You help keep me focused and give me a sound mind. Lord, help me to put my absolute trust in You. I want to trust You with my plans for my future, I want to trust You with the outcome of my day, and I want to trust You with the relationships I have in my community. Please give me strength to choose You even when I may be tempted to put my trust in something other than You.
FRIDAY: Summer of Psalms
Reading: Psalm 62:9-10
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for always being there. You are eternal and have always been and will forever be. Even though my life seems to move slow at times and very fast at other times, You remain my constant and my Lord in whom I can always depend upon. Even when my mind and my body may fail, You remain the same. Please help me to be generous and humble in my relationships with others. Help me to always remember where I have been and how You brought me here. Please help me to be willing to lend a hand to those around me in need.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for always being there. You are eternal and have always been and will forever be. Prayer: I praise You Lord! You are my strength and my shield. No matter what I am facing You have the solution. Lord, You have the strength to carry me through my days and my weeks. Lord, You are there with me as I tell others about Your love for them. You are there even when I make a mistake and choose my own way. Lord please forgive me for choosing my own way. Please help me to forgive others even when they may not have asked. Lord, You are strong. You are able and willing to be my fortress and my rock and to keep me steady on the path to life with You.
