We believe in the power of relationships. God’s two greatest gifts are relationship, the first being relationship with Jesus Christ by which we find real Life (John 14:6), gain Salvation, and take the first steps in becoming more like Him and second are the relationships God gives us with each other where the full impact of our relationship with Christ is realized as we love God by loving others.
4 Responses Jesus had to betrayal
1. He confronted it….with control.
1. He confronted it….with control.
Confrontation should not be used as a weapon to harm someone, it should be used as a bridge to bring together what was separated by sin and hurt.
Christians are called to renounce error and proclaim truth, even when it feels confrontational to the hearers.
2. He worshiped through it!
Worship: to regard with great or extravagant respect, honor, or devotion.
The worship of your problem, leads to worry. The worship of your God leads to Freedom.
Worship is the catalyst that brings freedom from your pain!
3. He loved anyway
Just because you have proximity, doesn’t mean you have purity.
Judas betrayed Jesus with a kiss, outward displays of affection doesn’t always represent what’s happening on the inside.

Many times we get wrapped up in defending our own honor that we forget Jesus came to die for them to!
Jesus showed us that the greatest response to betrayal is to LOVE ANYWAY!
4. He forgave them
